Been up since 3:00 a.m. Its almost 8 p.m. I'm about to go to bed for the night. I need to make sure I work out tomorrow cause I didnt work out today. Scott and I need to start watching for the bus at 8:15 a.m. tomorrow morning. Scott has an appt. tomorrow morning and I am his ride. We will get home around 11 or 11:30 a.m. tomorrow morning. I took a shower today and I did my laundry and I folded and put away my clean clothes.

Been up since 6:45 a.m. Its now 7:49 a.m. Scott and I need to start watching for our bus at 8:15 a.m. We'll get back home between 11 and 11:30 a.m. When we get home I'm gonna cook my lunch. I'm gonna work out to a new work out dvd this afternoon and thats it.

Been up since 4:00 a.m. Its now almost 7:30 a.m. I need to start watching for my bus at 8:00 a.m. I wont get home until probably 5 p.m. I'm finally making my steaks with sauteed mushrooms and onions and a baked potato with sour cream, cheese and butter. I hope my new work out dvd comes today if it does I'll work out tonight.

Been up since 5:00 a.m. Its almost 9 a.m. right now. I dont have to start watching for my bus until 10 a.m. I wont be home until probably 5 p.m. again today. I'm gonna make me some spaghetti with sauce and hamburger. I have cooking class and Music and Movement class today. I'm gonna do music and movement class for 2 hours today and every Thursday after today.

Been having a good day today. I'm looking forward to trying out my new Zumba DVD for beginners. I cleaned the bathroom. I'm about to go do the dishes. I have to pull off all of the tabs on the pop cans and then put the cans in a bag and throw them over the gate to the back yard. I pull of the pop tabs for ronald mcdonald Charities. My mom and I are taking one of my friend's to go get her car license today. We also need to go pick up Scott's med's but we will probably do that after 2 p.m. tomorrow. I'm gonna start going to school 3 days a week for now on starting Monday. Monday I'll have cooking class(Healthier food hopefully) Wed. we have DA4A Lunch and Bingo and then Thursday I have Music and Movement class. I'll have to pay more for my bus passes but thats okay I'll already budgeted for it for next month and for Dec. I hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday. Take Care All.

Woke up at 7:22 a.m. this morning. Its now 9 a.m. I'm gonna try out my new work out dvd this morning. I need to sweep and mop the bathroom floor and I need to vacuum the front room and do the dishes. Those are the only things I need to do today.

Woke up at 4 a.m. and then I went back to sleep from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. I didnt want to get up at 8:30 a.m. but I did cause I had to go to cooking class today. I didnt do much after I got back home at 2 p.m. I made myself dinner and I washed the dishes tonight. I'm about to go to bed for the night. I did take a nap after dinner from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Been up since 6:44 a.m. Its now 7:30 a.m. I havent been up for too long so I havent been up too much yet. I'm gonna sweep and mop the bathroom floor and I'm gonna do my laundry today, I'm also gonna work out today as well and that is it.

Woke up at 3:30 this morning, Its now 6:31 p.m. I'm about to go to bed for the night. My mom and I went to Walmart and then we came back home and put the stuff that we bought from walmart and then Mom,Scott and I went to Dillions and then we came back home. We all got flu shots today.

Woke up at 4:45 a.m. Its now 10:05 a.m. I have cooking class today I dont have to start watching for my bus until 10:40 so I have awhile yet before I have to go outside to wait. When I get home tonight around 4:30 I'm gonna do my Zumba dvd. I might do VB's dvd too. Tomorrow I have a busy day too. After mom gets off work we're gonna go to her bank and then we're gonna go to the Transit center to get my picture taken for a discounted bus pass in case I dont pass the physical test in Jan. to cont. to use the para transit bus. Then Mom and I might go to the buffet for my birthday dinner. My birthday is tomorrow. I turn 31. We might wait until Sunday though cause Mom's gums might be still sore from going to the dentist. She got new dentures and they are rubbing sore spots on her gums. I dont mind if we have to wait until Sunday or if we go tomorrow I'll be happy either way. Anyway I hope everyone has an awesome start to the week.

I'm having a wonderful birthday so far today. I'm currently watching HOME on dvd. Its about the little girl and the purple alien. Its a really cute movie. I'm gonna take it to school for movie day tomorrow. After 2 p.m. today Mom and I are gonna go to mom's bank and then we're gonna go to the Transit center and then we're gonna go to the buffet for dinner. I'm gonna do house work as soon as my movie is over. I'm also gonna do my Beginner Zumba dvd and maybe my VB dvd too. Have a great day Everyone. Take Care.

Good Morning Everyone,
Its been a great morning here in Kansas. The weather today is awesome. I've been awake since 5:30 a.m. Its almost 10 a.m. now. I dont have to start waiting for my bus until 12:55 today. I'm gonna eat lunch early today so I can work out after I eat before I have to leave for my appt. I had music and movement class yesterday and it went good. I dont go back to school until Wed. and I have an appt. on Thursday and of course we're gonna run our errands on Sunday like always but other then those 3 days I'll be staying at home which is nice, Its nice to stay at home once in awhile.

The weather isnt as nice as it was yours, Its cold and windy out today. I havent been up too much. I woke up at 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. and then I took a nap from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. I've been up since 11:30 though. I need to work out sometime tonight. I need to do the dishes as well. Good Afternoon Everyone,
Woke up at 6:00 a.m. this morning, Its now 4:00 p.m. I didnt have a nap today so I'll be ready for bed by the time its time to go to bed for the night. Mom and I got up early and were out the house by 7:30 a.m. We went to walmart and Dillions and then we went to get Chipotle for lunch/dinner and now we're home for the day.
