I woke up at 5:00 a.m. and its 7:11 a.m. today I plan to go on my walk outside if it stops storming today if not I'll do my walking dvd. Right now I'm just posting on here and on a weight loss support group forum while eating breakfast. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

I woke up at 8:30 this morning and Scott and I were out the door by 10:50 this morning and we didnt get back home until almost 2:30 p.m. Its now 5:19 and we just got done eating dinner. Scott and I went to the mall today, We got there at 11:30 and we left at 2 p.m. So I definitely got my work out for today.

Woke up at 6:30 this morning, Took a nap at 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Its now almost 6 p.m. I'm about to go on my walk outside before it gets dark. Today we went to Walmart and then went to breakfast and then went to get gas, Went to get the car washed and then we came home.

Woke up at 8 a.m. and I watched a few hours of t.v and then at 10 a.m. I went back to sleep until 1 p.m. and now its 5:19 p.m. and I've been up ever since 1 p.m. I'm about to start cleaning the house. I hope everyone has a lovely day.

Woke up at 7 a.m. this morning and I was out the door by 9 a.m., Its now almost 3 p.m. I've been home since 1:30 p.m. I went to school today to help make people chow for Shopperunity tomorrow. I'm home for the rest of the day though and then tomorrow I'll be at Shopperunity from probably 9 a.m. to noon.

Woke up at 7 a.m.m this morning and I was out the door by 8:25 a.m. I got to the Shopperunity event at 9:08 a.m. and I didnt leave until 12:20 p.m. Now its 4:07 p.m. and I'm about to go take a nap. I already walked for today. I also need to take a shower when I wake up from my nap later on tonight.

Woke up at 8 a.m. Its now almost 11 a.m. I'm in between cleaning right now. I had to take a break cause I got hot while cleaning. Since I'm cleaning the whole house today I think that will be my work out for today.

Woke up at 8:16 a.m. and we were on our way home by 8:25 a.m. and we got home 10 mins before 9 a.m. I havent done much today. I cleaned my mask and tube and I have to do my laundry before bedtime.

Woke up at 7:44 a.m. and was out of the house by 8:30 a.m. Mom and I went to Walmart and then dillions and then we came home We were back home by 11 a.m. We've been home ever since. I'm about to go for another walk and then I'll go to bed cause I have to get up at 7:00 a.m. in the morning.

I woke up at 6:30 this morning, Was out the door by 7:25 to go to my appt. and then I got home at 10:30 this morning. I took a nap from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today. Now its almost 9 p.m. and I'm getting sleepy again.

Woke up at 7 a.m. this morning and I took a short nap at 2:00 p.m. today. Its now 8:49 p.m. and I'm about to go to bed for the night. It was a long day. I got up at 7 a.m. and was out of the house by 7:30 a.m. Mom and I went to go pick up my aunt who lives an hour and half away. We went to walmart and went to the eye exam place with my mom, She had an appt. and then at 4:30 we went to dinner and then after we got home I walked outside for an hour.

Woke up at 7:16 a.m. and I hopped in the shower. We have alot of errands to do today. Its now almost 2 p.m. Mom and I went to take her cat to the vet to get her shots and then we came back home and let mom's cat out of the cage and then we went to Lowes and then we went to get mom's med's and then we went to Dillions and then we came home. In 30 mins we're gonna go to dinner. We're going to a mexican restaurant tonight. After we get home from dinner I'm gonna walk outside for a hour.

Woke up at 6 a.m. and We were out of the house by 8:30 a.m. We took my aunt back to her house who lives an hour and a half away, We got back in town at 11:30 a.m. Now its almost 12:30 p.m. I'm currently in the middle of making lunch. Today I'm gonna go walk for 30 mins to an hour outside.
