How often do you go to the doctor? I used to go every year for my yearly women's exam but since I started my 1200 calorie diet I go every month now |

Hopefully you havent been at death's door before Funny you should say that because in 2007 I was rushed to hospital and operated on in the middle of the night (2am). |

Every 4 to 6 mos for diabetic check.
And if I get sick.
Yesterday I had a flu shot but that was in a county health clinic.

It did. I go once again the end of March. The holidays then the cold weather has caused me to not eat properly so I hope it will be a good report. Blood sugar is higher than it should be but not extremely high. Never goes over 200 but I would rather keep it lower if I could.
Looking forward to gardening for that helps my blood sugar come down.
