Monday:
Early Morning: 30 min outside walk
2 Mile Walk in the afternoon to DVD
2 Mile Walk in the evening to DVD
Which ends up to being 5 miles each day
Tuesday:
Same as Monday
Wed.
2 Mile walk in the evening to DVD, Due to school
Thurs.
Same as Wed.
Friday,Sat and Sun's are the same as Monday's

I again have a NEW Work Out Schedule
Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Friday and Saturday ~
40 min. Chair Exercises at 11 a.m.
30 min. 2 Mile with walking dvd at 1 p.m.
20 min. 1 Mile with walking dvd at 6 or 6:30 p.m.
On Wed. and Thursday's I only do my 20 min. 1 Mile with my walking dvd.
