At my highest I was 302, Since I started my weight loss journey for the 2nd time my lowest was 292, I am determitted to get into the 280's by the time I go see my doctor next month. Last time I weighed myself I was 293. At my last doctor's appointment my doctor said Im very close to getting diabetes and I dont want to get diabetes so Im trying to do everything I can to keep that from happening. I stayed at 120 although high school cause of physical education class, I wish you could have physical education class all through life. I started gaining weight after high school cause I didnt have physical education class anymore and I didnt grow up doing sports so I couldnt fall back on sports to stay fit after high school so I started gaining weight, I graduated high school in May of 03 and ever since then my weight has gone up but Im determitted to not only get into the 280's but to get my weight under control once and for all. Thanks for taking the time to read about my Weight Loss Journey. By the way by the end of my weight loss journey I want to be at 150 pounds.

Now Im 288 so I've lost 12 pounds so far

Nice one hun.
When I was with my ex I put on a lot of weight.
stress from our break up and finding out he was seeing my so called friend i lost alot of weight but not too much.
was a uk 20/22 now a 18/20

Hope you girls succeed in your desired weight loss.
These days I stay stable. I am a health and exercise fanatic and it works. East healthy and just change your life style. I don't believe in diets.

Im actually 298, I thought I was 288, I could of swore when I weighed myself here at home it said I was 288 but I could of been holding onto the wall when I weighed myself. I have a habit of doing that cause I hold onto the wall when I first step onto scale so I dont fall and I guess I didnt stop holding the wall when I weighed myself and thats why it said I was 288 but I got weighed at the doctor's office yesterday and that scale said I was only 298, Oh well, I'll get into the 280's sometime

Im so mad at myself that Im now 290 when I was 284 but Im NOT giving up, I am determined to get to 280 or lower by the time I go see my doctor at the end of next month.

I lost 3 pounds since Tuesday so Im happy again and today I walked outside for 25 mins, 5 mins less then my goal of 30.
